The Pancake-makers

I had a couple of pancake pics on my mobile blog which means making pancakes on weekend mornings has turned into a regular pattern, made by strong demand from the kids. Not so much because they love eating them but more because the love MAKING them. Especially days where they get to decorate with banana slices and strawberries (which were absent yesterday). It's puzzling to see the thrill they get just whisking the mix and watching the pancakes getting done in the pan. Afterwards, like any other meal, I battle to get them to finish up just one measly pancake.
